Notices on Unreported Agents

 

Brokers, we know that you’re responsible for a lot, so we're here to help. We want to make it easier for you to clean up your agent roster to stay in compliance with the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

NAR requires all Brokers of Record to maintain an accurate roster of active agents and their Board and MLS memberships. To help you stay in compliance, we will begin sending courtesy notices via email to the Broker of Record when action is required.

In the meantime, here's a quick video to help you better understand this NAR requirement.

Courtesy Notices: If the Broker of Record has received a courtesy notice from us, please follow the instructions to either remove the agent from your roster, help the agent join or renew the proper membership(s), or sign a waiver to acknowledge that the agent belongs to another Board or MLS.
