SUPRA LOCKBOX

What Is It?

Supra is your Association’s optional property showing tool system. Arguably the most comprehensive E-key lockbox system used nationwide, the GE Supra E-key system offers the showing Realtor® the ability to share data with the listing agent, expediting the process of selling the home. Thanks to the Supra E-key system, Realtors® can gain easy access to available listings. Current technology allows the showing Realtor® to transmit their contact information as well as opinions from those who visited the property to the Supra E-key lockbox where the data will then be transmitted directly to the listing agent. This invaluable information can then be used by the listing agent to update the sales strategy and get the listing sold faster.

What Does It Cost?

Using the Supra Lockbox system is completely optional. Costs are variable and are contingent upon your individual business needs. For cost information, contact our Supra Manager at 954-563-7261 during normal business hours.
