WHO SHOULD TAKE THE COURSE?
Is the course suited for residential REALTORS, commercial REALTORS, Brokers, or Property Managers? The BLUE icons show R for Residential, C for Commercial, B for Brokers and P for Property Manager. Many courses are suited for more than one audience, as you’ll see.

IT THE COURSE BASIC OR ADVANCED?
Course levels are shown in red., i.e. 1= Basic up to 4= Advanced

WHAT SKILLS WILL I LEARN?
Is the course curriculum geared to Marketing (Mk), Procedures (Pr), Sales (Sa) and/or Technology (Tk)

HOW MANY CE CREDITS ARE OFFERED?
Is the course approved for Continuing Education credit? The pink circle indicates the number of CE Credits offered.
