Realtors Property Resource (RPR) is a robust REALTOR®-only service for public and privately licensed real estate and property level data, which includes public records and assessment information. Brokers and Agents can view details of prior transactions and sales history, zoning permits, mortgage and lien data, neighborhood demographics and more. RPR provides quality data and analytics that go beyond the “snapshot” a standard listing provides.
With this no-cost Realtor® service, you receive many benefits, some including: comprehensive compilations of property data in one application; unique tools and analytics; side-by-side comparisons of listing history; integration of RPR with your association’s MLS; high quality property and market data; free tax and assessment data. This single source for nationwide centric data gives our members access to the most valuable information which can be utilized for client/customer presentations.

How Do I Get Started?
Visit the RPR website (www.narrpr.com). Click “Create New Account,” enter your last name and NRDS ID number and press the “Create” button. After your name and ID have been verified, you will be taken through a 5-step wizard, one of which explains the RPR sign-in process. During the wizard, you will create an account password and choose your preferred home area network. Once you have completed the wizard, you will have successfully created your RPR account.
