About GREC
Established in 2000, the International Real Estate Council of the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale (GREC) is made up of dedicated RAGFL members committed to helping the RAGFL membership and general community increase their knowledge, interest and awareness of international and cultural events and business as well as activity in the international real estate arena.
The GREC creates opportunities for South Florida REALTORS® to open a whole new world of opportunity, to build a global network, to cultivate concentric relationships with foreign buyers/sellers, to explore foreign cultures and customs and to experience business adventures in foreign lands. Throughout the year, the GREC offers various informational seminars, educational courses (such as the Certified International Property Specialist designation) and networking events to members and the public. Mission
To promote standards of competent and ethical practice in the field of International Real Estate, expanding the value of membership within our REALTOR® Association.
To offer access to the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation through education, which will Open Doors to the World of the CIPS network.
To keep abreast of changes in the international real estate market using the latest technology while adhering to our Code of Ethics.
Get Involved
Any RAGFL member with a solid interest in the promotion of international business is encouraged to join the GREC. As the largest and most active RAGFL committee, there are always opportunities to get involved as a council volunteer or to actively participate in GREC courses and events.
