Lee is the author of a real estate training book titled "The Roads to Success". His training style has been described as creative and fun. The book is fresh in its approach to the business and is indicative of his style. As you drive down the streets of the neighborhood you pick up the keys to the properties of a successful career. It puts agents in the driver's seat as they travel down roads like Planning Place, Referral Highway and Listing Manor.

As a Licensed Instructor, Lee has helped thousands of people get their Florida real estate license. He enjoyed teaching large classes at Gold Coast School of Real Estate (NRT/ Realogy) during the boom of the industry from 2003 to 2006. Lee went on to develop 12 training classes based on his book that will take you from understanding what an agent is to getting to the closing table. Lee teaches licensing law as well as sales training. He is now the owner of 5 Star Training Center with 3 locations.

Lee has been a licensed real estate agent since 1987 and a broker since 1990 in the Fort Lauderdale area and always delivered quality service. Lee has extensive experience in many areas of the business including residential, commercial, property management, foreclosures, investing, rentals, land and custom built luxury homes. Lee has managed a large Century 21 office, owned an ERA franchise, worked with RE/MAX and Prudential. He is the owner / broker of Gold Key Realty Network in Weston, Florida since 2001.

Sheila has been an active and successful REALTOR® in the Fort Lauderdale area since obtaining her real estate sales license in 2004.

Sheila's previous career was as an international flight attendant. With that experience, she has carved out her real estate niche in the international field. Sheila focuses on and excels at working with clients from all corners of the globe who come to south Florida in search of their "American Dream".

To bolster her knowledge and expertise in the international real estate specialty, Sheila joined the RAGFL Global Real Estate Council, now serving on that committee the 4th consecutive year. Going above and beyond to serve foreign clients and customers to the best of her ability, Sheila recently earned the coveted NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS'® Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.

Sheila finds that teaching is a natural aptitude for her. Recognizing her affinity for public speaking, she enrolled in and completed the Dale Carnegie program and became an assistant instructor for that organization. Steve David has been practicing real estate since he was 18 years old and was the youngest person to ever receive a real estate license in the state of Florida. Since beginning his career with the family business in the early 70's, Steve has closed over 7,000 transactions. He currently is Broker/Owner of Florida Professional Real Estate Inc. and is a managing member of Castelli Real Estate Services, LLC with 7 offices serving south Florida.

Steve earned his Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) in 1975, and subsequently earned his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and an MBA from Barry University.

Steve has been a member of the Realtor® Institute Faculty for 22 years. He authored and co-authored the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) courses on Property Management, Brokerage Management, Land and Negotiations Skills and CE courses on Negotiating Skills, Contracts, Property Management, Single and Multi Family Investing, Transaction Skills, Boot Camp I and II, and many others.

He authored "Florida Property Management" for Allied Business Schools and 15 continuing education real estate courses approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and has served as a court-appointed receiver and expert witness locally and in various parts of the country.

Steve served the Fort Lauderdale Association of Realtors® as Director, Treasurer and 1992 President, was the RAGFL "Realtor® of the Year" in 1993 and 'State Educator of the Year' in 1997. He served as a Director of Florida Realtors® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for over a decade and has twice been selected one of the 'Outstanding Young Men in America' by the US Jaycees.

Tim has held a real estate license since 1981. He earned his broker's license and the GRI designation in 1982. Tim's career has always been focused on managing and/or operating real estate companies - he was affiliated with Merrill Lynch Realty, Prudential Florida Realty and Arvida/Weston Realty Sales. His expertise is hiring, training and developing real estate sales people to their fullest potential.

Haines has served the REALTOR® organization at both the state and local levels as past Director and Treasurer of the South Broward Board of REALTORS®; MLS Chairman and Strategic Planning Committee volunteer with the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAGFL) and as an FAR Director. Tim's current role is that of Professional Trainer and Motivator, teaching REALTORS® in South Florida the intricacies of MLXchange, iMapp, Transaction Desk and Immobel.
