Roadmap To A Successful Closing (3CE)

Differentiate between closing activities of a conventional, cash and HUD/VA transaction, provide options to lead to a timely closing with a correctable title proplem, prepare sheet for buyer's required cash to clase & sellers net proceeds, construct a timeline outlining every step between contract acceptance & closing for all parties.
