The Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale is one of four founding sponsors of this annual event which is best known for the evening flotilla of colorfully decorated yachts and other water craft along the 10-mile parade route along the Intercoastal Waterway. Started in 1971, the event attracts thousands of locals and visitors each year. This year's parade Grand Marshall was new South Florida resident and Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O'Neal.
