The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale offers a variety of educational programs for its members, from special topic seminars and interactive workshops to opportunities to pursue professional real estate certifications and specialty designations.

RAGFL University Course of Study Learn More to Earn More is our motto. . . and a Realtor who sets goals and strategies to succeed as a real estate professional will use education as the catalyst to reach those goals. RAGFL University is a certification program designed to guide Realtors through the most effective programs in the most logical progression from novice to expert level.

Track 1

Year 1 - join the TROTers program - Todays Realtors of Tomorrow! TROTers combines education, support, encouragement, mentoring, coaching, idea exchanges, social and networking events that focus on building knowledge, skills, confidence and comraderie among the newest RAGFL members. Monthly meetings will offer a learning component as well as the social and networking opportunity. Top Producer panels will help TROTers understand "how to get there from here" - from those who've done it best! Financial planning experts will help TROTers understand the importance of being financially and fiscally prepared for taking the plunge into the world of commissioned sales.
