Supra Keys are LEASED directly from Supra, lockboxes are leased at the RAGFL Realtor® Store. The Association does not have access to your Supra accounts. To pay for Supra Services, payment may be made by using Supra's automated "Pay by Phone" system at 1-877-699- 6787 - Option 2. Their automated payment system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need either your Customer Number or Key Serial Number and your 4-digit PIN code. Call the RAGFL Realtor® Store 954-563-7261 for pricing and availability.
Please do not contact the Association regarding your Supra invoice, as RAGFL does not invoice or collect for your Supra services. We do not have the ability to accept payments, modify billing information, or resolve billing disputes.

Supra invoices are mailed to your Office. You MUST notify Supra directly of any address change or delivery of your next invoice will be delayed and your key service could be deactivated without warning.
