RAGFL Members now have the ability to search for, view and research Lis Pendens/ Foreclosure Data in the powerful IRIS program. IRIS/Imapp has been available to our members at no additional cost and to date has proven to be a phenomenal program. Now with the ability to search foreclosures and more to come, it keeps getting better and better!!
When you log into IRIS as normal, select the Lis Pendens database in the drop down on the top to conduct your search. Enter the necessary criteria to locate your desired data i.e.: property address, subdivision, county etc... and you are off and running as your foreclosure properties will show as flags on the Map. You can also add Lis Pendens date to your criteria to ensure that you are locating the current record.
As each Foreclosure case progresses, iMapp updates the record fields. As the case goes to sale, they track to see if there's a DEED transfer. If so, they delete the record from the database. Some cases go to sale several times and some are satisfied before the sale date. If satisfied, then Imapp also removes it from the database.
