RAGFL has taken all appropriate steps to protect your personal information given to us in electronic commerce transactions. Payment shall be made by American Express, Master Card,Visa or Discover credit cards. Such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the card. RAGFL will not be liable in any manner if said institution does not accept or honor the credit for any reason.
RAGFL will ship only to U.S. destinations for the shipping fees stated below. If ordering for shipment outside the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, you must phone your order in for a personal quote. All orders for shipment within Florida will be taxed at 6.0% per total purchase. (Unless a valid and correct tax-exempt certificate is provided to RAGFL for applicable products or products purchased for resale; prior to RAGFL's acceptance of the order.) A shipping/handling fee of $25 plus tax will be added to all purchases and will be shipped U.P.S. ground unless otherwise agreed upon by phone. Title and risk of loss shall be the customer's upon shipment from RAGFL or RAGFL's designated supplier's facilities.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may at times be limited or unavailable for immediate shipment. RAGFL reserves the right to change product selections, pricing, or inventory without prior notice or liability.
RAGFL's sale of products shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida excluding the conflict or choice of law provisions. Venue and jurisdiction on all disputes will lie in Broward County, Florida.
YOUR RAGFL REALTOR STORE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, WITH A RECEIPT, FOR UP TO THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE. RETURN POSTAGE AND INSURANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. RAGFL WILL NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE BUT WILL CHARGE A TWENTY (20) PERCENT FEE FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGING, INFORMATION OR INSTRUCTIONAL LITERATURE OR ACCESSORIES INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
