What is the RPAC Goal?

The goal of the REALTORS^® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is to establish the real estate industry as a concerned, involved, political constituency. RPAC raises voluntary funds for use in issues, campaigns and campaign contributions to political candidates at the federal, state and local levels.

Why Do I Need RPAC?

RPAC provides you with the opportunity to have a collective impact on the election of officials who will shape legislation that affects your livelihood and the way real estate professionals do business.

Where Do My RPAC Dollars Go?

Of every dollar you contribute to RPAC, 70 cents stays in Florida for use in supporting state and local candidates. The remaining 30 cents goes to our National RPAC for grassroots activities on the federal level.

RPAC has saved you thousands of dollars, and defended our industry against harmful proposals in Washington, Tallahassee, and locally too!! And we need you to give back today!!

RPAC VICTORIES IN 2005

RPAC once again prevented the banks from entering real estate.
RPAC pushed the United States Congress a huge step closer toward allowing NAR to offer national group health insurance.
RPAC secured the passage of the Commercial Brokers Lien Law.
RPAC defeated the Double Doc Stamp Tax on Broward transactions.
RPAC preserved the affordable housing trust funds
RPAC worked locally to fight property tax increases lacking merit
