Chuck Bonamer is the president of TRANS-EQUITY, Inc., Realtors®. His brokerage firm renders litigation support and lecture services to the brokerage and law industries. He was awarded the Top Instructor Award for At Home With Diversity for 2003 by the National Association of Realtors® (one of only three in the industry). Bonamer conducts a busy lecture schedule averaging 100 courses a year throughout the country.

Barnett has held a real estate license since 1990. She earned her broker's license in 1992. She holds the E-Pro designation. She has earned the credits for the GRI designation, LTG designation, CREI designation and is working towards the CRS, CRB and DREI.
Doris' career has spanned various areas of the business. She has practiced property management and rentals, exclusive buyer agency, listing and sales. She has taught RE Technology for over 10 years. A quick start program at the Dallas Association of REALTORs for 18 months. She has worked for Interealty, GEAC for 2 years, and as a Director of MLS in Texas for 4 years.
Doris has served on various committee's here in Florida and in Texas. Locally she has served on the nominating committee, activities committee, communications committee and Leadership development. She is a past graduate of the Leadership Development committee and chaired that committee the following year. 1996 was a busy year a she was the Broker of an office, President of WCR-Fort Lauderdale chapter, and chairing Leadership Development.
In Texas she served as the Director of MLS for an Association affiliated with the NTREIS (MLS) group and staff liasion to the MLS committee for 4 years. She advised for the affiliates committee to help them learn to network with the agents. Doris is approved to teach 6 core courses by the State of Texas.
Today Doris is a Professional trainer, teaching Realtors in south Florida MLXchange and was recently hired by iMapp to teach their Tax programs. She is assisting an old friend with marketing and sales of the REAL ESTATE BOOK, teaches technology at local offices(by request) and helps her husband's company with the promotion and sales of 24 hour hotlines and One number solutions to the Real Estate industry.

Joline Rivard is a 21-year resident of the Ft. Lauderdale area and has held a Florida real estate licensee since 2000. Prior to her career in real estate Joline was in management for a Fortune 500 firm (M.A. Hanna) and has a certificate from Phil Crosby Quality College. She also served in a management role for NASDAQ company Telxon (now Symbol - a computer inventory control company). Her other work experience includes computer companies and construction companies. Joline is proficient in Word, Excel, & Publisher.

Joseph Yurkin is a trainer and motivator for North American business corporations. He has been rated as one of the top motivational speakers by companies such as Pepsi Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Toshiba Corporation, Coldwell Bankers and countless others. He has trained over 10,000 corporate executives in his 20-year career.
Being an ex-bodybuilding champion, Joseph knows what hard work it takes to reach your optimal physical and mental performance. In 1978, at the age of 17 he ranked third place in Mr. America and second place in Mr. Florida a year later. In 1986 he placed second in the US Opens for Tae-Kwon-Do. Pat O'Connor received her Florida real estate broker's license and founded The Veritas Real Estate Group, Inc. and The Veritas Property Management Group, Inc. in 2004. O'Connor earned her Real Estate Instructor license in 2005 and now teaches FREC courses for RAGFL and other real estate schools in the area. She also teaches MLXchange classes at RAGFL and mortgage broker pre-license courses. O'Connor is also a certified Top Producer instructor.

Haines has held a real estate license since 1981. He earned his broker's license and the GRI designation in 1982.
Haines' career has always been focused on managing and/or operating real estate companies - he was affiliated with Merrill Lynch Realty, Prudential Florida Realty and Arvida/Weston Realty Sales. His expertise is hiring, training and developing real estate sales people to their fullest potential.
Haines has served the Realtor organization at both the state and local levels as past Director and Treasurer of the South Broward Board of Realtors; MLS Chairman and Strategic Planning Committee volunteer with Fort Lauderdale and as an FAR Director. Tim's current role is that of Professional Trainer and Motivator, teaching Realtors in the south Florida area the intricacies of MLXchange and iMapp.
Tim is also a certified Top Producer Trainer and conducts the Prospecting and Personal Marketing seminar at RAGFL monthly. Haines is the President/Owner of the Realty Store, Inc in LBTS and a licensed mortgage broker with Mortgage by the Sea since 2001.
